Youth Citizenship Commission Report

Last Friday, the Youth Citizenship Commission published its reports - "Making the Change - Building youth citizenship in the UK" and "Old enough to make a mark - should the voting age be lowered to 16?".  Young NCB played their part by responding to this consultation.
