Come join in with workshops for young people aged 11-25 and
Youth workers @ UK Youth's Hearing Unheard Voices Launch Event.
Video Booth
Drop in to the ‘Big Brother
style’ video booth which is open all day. You will be able to
answer a series of questions that have been selected by the Hearing
Unheard Voices Local Influence groups, and will be displayed on the
HUV website later on in the day!
Painting with Light
Painting with light is a purely fun and creative workshop for young
people to express themselves through photography. There will be the
option to include a statement about what the picture represents or
maybe even one word. All pictures produced on the day will be
showcased on the HUV website.
Newspaper
UK Youth Voice will be presenting best practice examples of
positive news stories from young people. The newspaper will also
showcase Campaign messages from Hearing Unheard Voices group
member’s, through various expressions including comic strips and
photographs.
E-Reporting
Young people will have the chance to become reporters for the day;
reporting on the day’s activities, reviewing the Hearing Unheard
Voices Exhibition or simply writing an article for publication on
the Hearing Unheard Voices website. Where it will be promoted to
service providers, journalists and decision makers to highlight
young people’s involvement in influencing services and having their
voice heard!

The NEW website which is the place to upload news articles, photos,
campaigns, showcasing young people in action, having their voice
heard and influencing services. Check out the social network where
you can create your own profile and personalise it – create
campaign groups and get your friends to join to see all the good
work you are doing on your campaign.
Cartoon and Poster workshop
Create instant A3 posters on campaign issues. The results will go
on show as a part of the 6 week Hearing Unheard Voices exhibition
at The Public.
